They really are good quality bears that in a retail environment sell for anything between £9.99 and £10.99 We can personalise them by printing your logo and message onto his t-shirt in any combination of colours. Blank orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and printed items within 3-5 working days (from artwork approval). If your order is urgent, please call us to discuss. We have many dispatch options to ensure your delivery arrives on time.
FOR PRINTED ORDERS ONLY: Upon receipt of your order confirmation, one of our Account Managers will be in touch requesting your artwork, (if not already included in your checkout process). Our team of professional graphic designers will then prepare your pre-production mock-up and / or sample to your specific requirements. Once completed, your Account Manager will send this across to you. This process is normally completed within the same day, ensuring that you can see exactly what you’re ordering and allowing you the opportunity to make any last-minute amendments.
When you are 100% happy with everything, and not until we receive your final written approval to proceed, will we progress to production. Your total satisfaction and confidence in what you are ordering is of paramount importance to us!

Accepted File Types
We can accept most file types, either via e-mail, text or mailed hard copy. Just send us what you have and we’ll work with you on the rest. Keep in mind that to keep your order moving as fast as possible, we prefer to receive vector file formats or high-resolution Raster images. (see below)

Convert text to outlines, embed any linked images - PSD (Adobe Photoshop)

We can accept Microsoft Office files (word, powerpoint) we can work with anything.
Delivery times
We try and deliver orders within 3-5 days from ordering.
If you need your order in a hurry, a 24 Hour turnaround service is available for most printed products. Some products can even be shipped on the same day!
