Deliveries

Larger / bulk orders will be sent via our courier service. This is a next-day delivery from the date of dispatch. Normal turn-around time 3-5 days.

This service starts at £10.00 + VAT per box. A signature is required upon delivery. There are some exclusions and some additional charges depending on the size of the order but if there is a surcharge we will advise you upon ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging- The product isn’t used or damaged Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We will refund the full price only if we have made a mistake on the personalisation, other wise we will only refund the base price of the teddy bear minus the cost of the personalisation.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from School Bears.
