Bears – very quick, we can do 24h! But we do like a little time so normally 4-10 days depending on how many you need. Mugs – 5-10 days depending on proof approval and checking of names! For other items including fundraising items, it’s up to you how long you take over the project – maybe a couple of weeks, maybe a couple of months. As ever with these projects it is best to keep the time compact in order to keep the project fresh. For our part, as soon as you submit your drawings to us we’ll have them printed and delivered to you within 1-2 weeks.

Unlike most companies who want a deposit or money up front, we don’t! We make it simple: you send us the order for what you want, we proof this to you, you confirm you’re happy, we produce the items, send them to you, and an invoice will follow shortly after we send the goods – then finally you pay.

Our products are 20% rated for VAT purposes. Children’s t-shirts are 0% rated. Schools can claim VAT back, so it might be a good idea for PTAs to ask the school to take care of the payment in order to benefit from this.

Yes, we understand children leave or join, so if more are needed at a later date that’s not a problem.

P&P costs are not included in our prices – please allow £12 for any orders.

Felt tip pens are nothing special and you can use normal black ink felt tips you already have in your classroom – just avoid biros and thin felt tips. If you need more templates or flyers, all our templates and flyers can be photocopied. Please note we can only use drawings done on our templates, and please keep drawings within the lines.

Yes, you can request a special font style by sending us a sample of the font along with your mail, fax or e-mail order. One of our graphic artists will match it as closely as possible. A charge of £30 applies to create the custom die cut.

Please send your artwork to info@school-bears.co.uk. Artwork must be black and white, at least 300 dpi, in .gif, .tif, .eps or .jpg format. Alternatively, mail camera-ready art to Severn C Products Ltd., Greenhills House, West Keal Rd, Old Bolingbroke, PE23 4EY. Please include your order/account number and instructions on text placement. We’ll send a proof by e-mail, mail or fax once received. There is a one-time art charge of £30 to create the die cut.

This is a sharp black and white image of your logo, 300 dpi or higher, along with any text you wish imprinted. Artwork from your printing company or printed from a laser printer works well. Photocopies, faxes, shaded artwork or raised lettering unfortunately cannot be used.

The charge for creating the die cut to imprint your logo is £30. This is only charged on the first order using that die cut for a particular product line – it won’t be charged again for the same imprint on a similar product, unless you change your artwork.

Each product has a designated imprinting area, and the amount of detail in your logo along with the shape and size of the product are factors.
